Having more than 30 years in the construction industry, we have completed many different types of inspections.  That experience is valuable in the comprehensive inspection report and communicating the findings to you the client.  We will notify the you of any defect items or areas of potential concern.  We provide quality color photos to illustrate any concerns that are found with every inspection.  You will understand every item by the time we are finished.

• Built custom homes up to 6,000 sq.ft
• Home Renovations including additions, large & small
• Commercial renovations, stores, medical offices, showrooms
• Construction Management experience (67,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility)
• Facility Management experience
• Certified Home Inspector
• Fully insured with E & 0 & CGL coverage
• Certified Mold Inspector
• Continuing Education with Internachi & Cannachi Continuing Education Programs
