1,201 to 2000 sqft         $325.00
2,001 to 3,000 sqft        $375.00
3,001 to 4,000 sqft        $425.00
4,001 to 5,000 sqft        $500.00
over 5,000sqft- please call for quote

Houses 60 yrs and older         Add   $ 25.00

Townhouse Freehold     $310.00
Townhouse Condinium   $300.00

Walk-through inspections (no report) - $100.00 off basic fee

Note: Inspections take 2.5 to 3.5 hours based on home size and age
